आजकल husband परेशान होकर Google खोलता है, फिर YouTube, फिर WhatsApp group और आखिर में AI से पूछता है — “मेरी wife के खिलाफ कौन-सी complaint करूँ?”
कुछ मिनट में 10 sections, 15 judgments और पूरा legal strategy तैयार.
बस एक छोटी problem है — क्या वो judgments सच में मौजूद भी हैं?
Supreme Court ने Pooja Ramesh Singh v. Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd. में 2 July 2026 को इसी नई problem पर serious warning दी. मामला matrimonial dispute का नहीं था; यह insolvency litigation था. लेकिन इसका lesson हर व्यक्ति के लिए important है जो court, police या किसी legal forum में अपना matter लेकर जा रहा है.
NCLT के decision में ऐसे judicial precedents का reliance हुआ जो बाद में AI-generated, non-existent या hallucinated पाए गए. Supreme Court ने NCLT और NCLAT के decisions set aside कर दिए. Court ने कहा कि AI का responsible use हो सकता है, लेकिन human verification और control हर stage पर जरूरी है.
अब सोचिए एक husband के बारे में जो Men Cell Delhi, Mencell Delhi या Purush Aayog Delhi search करके अपनी पत्नी के खिलाफ complaint तैयार कर रहा है.
वह कोई random AI answer उठाकर complaint में डाल देता है. फिर कोई YouTube video देखकर section जोड़ देता है. फिर WhatsApp पर मिले “मेरे जानकार advocate ने कहा है” वाले message से strategy बदल देता है.
भाई, मामला आपका है — experiment भी आपका ही हो जाएगा.
अगर आप genuinely पूछ रहे हैं where can husband complain against wife, तो पहले facts लिखिए. कौन-सी घटना हुई? कब हुई? कौन मौजूद था? कौन-सा document है? कौन-सा message है? कौन-सी payment हुई? कौन-सी property involved है?
उसके बाद applicable law verify कीजिए.

क्योंकि अब Supreme Court ने बहुत साफ़ संकेत दे दिया है — technology useful हो सकती है, लेकिन legal truth की final checking इंसान को ही करनी होगी.
